I failed at pushing last night -- I was too bloody exhausted. ;___; Very very tiring week at work. TODAY THOUGH I am going to push through and work some more on cleaning up the bluelines, and maybe finish hardlining something and start colouring. ^____^ HOPE SPRINGS ETERNAL HUH
So I wrote a little over a thousand words at lunch (which was at 4AM if anyone is counting) and just finished typing them up. Current Nano Total Is.... 21,448.
But at least I'm not that far from 22K, and that's not that far away from 25K...
(Deathmarch is equally to catch up and to get brain back into sleeping through the night, since my Sunday shift starts at 6AM!)
I was just going to take a nap at four! I did not intend to sleep for almost 12 hours! X33 I'll be continuing death march today after work, though! I'm trying to hit 24,500 before I leave for work (so I can write another 500 before work). <33

You can hit 40K today! I have faith in you <33. My real goal is to hit 50K on Thursday, but I think I can do it Wednesday since I only work 3 hours X3. Guess it all depends on how much time I spend with my visiting parents....
In the middle of my grind for 35k, I discovered a sad thing. I think I'm allergic to pomegranates. I had been eating pomegranate while I wrote and suddenly my joins started to ache. So I pushed through the pain and hit 35,017 at 11:58 EST.
This is gonna be an interesting week. In the Chinese sense.
Pushing would be soooo much easier if the world let me stay home where things did not distract (cats only barely count). First Orlando threw me off and then Anime USA and gah. I'm behind. Sucks. XD
But everyone is doing a rocking job and I salute you all and give you hugs and happiness!
You can do it! I stopped writing for about 2 days to let my wrists recover and visit a friend, but I've jumped 2,000 words in two hours, and hopefully, I can get more done after my doctor's visit. If I can make the jump anybody can.
It's like playing "push!" with the baby goats at the farmer's market. It may feel futile, but at least it's fun, and you have a happy baby goat (novel) at the end of it.
